“Empower consumers to control the use of their personal data”.

Our Objectives

Deliver our registration and information business accurately, efficiently, effectively, economically and timeously.

Develop our registration and information services in ways that will enable us to fulfil our purpose; and

Realise business benefits from continuous improvement and innovation.

Our Achievements

Reflecting on the first ten years of our life as a Do Not Call List our new website demonstrates the power of collaboration on a common agenda. It summarises the key challenges we set out to address 10 years ago and presents highlights of the work we have undertaken, with our partners, to make a difference to the top priorities of consumer choice and relevant consumer targeting.

Our Philosophy & Values

Professionalism - a professionally qualified and experienced team operating from the same office.

Independence - we are independent of the Direct Marketing Industry.

Reliability and continuity - a corporate structure and a business model that provides continuity.

Experience - Established for over a decade.

Knowledge of governance and regulation - dealings with all the main actuaries, lawyers and a wide-ranging contact with the Enforcement Body and Regulator.

Flexibility – our ability and capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.

Innovation - introducing new ideas and concepts to our schemes to further promote privacy and effective governance.

Ideal World

“Imagine purchasing something with complete anonymity”

Our aim is to help in the fight against non-compliant telemarketers that cause annoyance and anxiety through the improper use of auto dialers.

In the coming days, weeks and months this category will be compiled with blogs about companies whose job it is to make nuisance calls. We we will research the web to update this category and keep you posted on the most complained about companies making these calls.

We will regularly update posts with companies including their telephone numbers which have been reported to have been misusing the telecommunications network.

We would appreciate your comments on these posts because sharing your experiences and knowledge helps the opt-out community guard against fraudulent marketing scams.
